Late-night snackers enjoy living in Gresham Complex, where Dining Services offers the Gresham Late Night Eatery and Convenience Store for munchies after hours. Gresham Main houses residents in a 10-month option that allows students to remain during University holidays and breaks.

Located on 49th Street near Rogers Complex, the Gresham Complex, built in 1966, consists of Gresham Main and Gresham Annex. Gresham Main is an H-shaped building with three floors housing 296 predominately freshman residents in single-sex suite accommodations, on coed floors. Gresham Annex is a three-story building located beside Gresham Main on 49th Street and houses 136 predominately freshman residents. Students eat at Rogers Dining Center. Located within the Gresham Complex are study lounges and laundry rooms. Each room accommodates two residents and is fully furnished with bunkable beds, desks, chairs, book shelves, dressers, trash cans and sink vanity.

Gresham offers a unique living arrangement on International Hall, located on the second floor in Gresham Main. International Hall is the global residence program of Old Dominion University. Approximately 100 students from around the world live in "I-Hall" and participate in programs and activities designed to help them learn skills needed for today's world. Both international students and American students who have an interest in global affairs will find International Hall an exciting addition to their studies at Old Dominion.

Residents living in Gresham Main or Gresham East are required to be on a meal plan.  Please visit the Card Center's website for meal plan options.
